For the Test & Measuring Equipment (T&M) department we are looking for a hands-on (Junior) Project Leader for developing and managing our test systems, preventive maintenance activities and solving problems.

The T&M department develops, builds and maintains state-of-the-art test and measuring equipment for the production of Nedap products for the various market groups within Nedap. These testers are developed based on R&D specifications. The development effort consists of both software and hardware development and varies from specifically developed bench testers to universal test systems. The T&M effort starts during the creative process of R&D during product development and continues throughout the entire life cycle of the product. As a (Junior) Project Manager, you are the spider in the web to ensure that all processes run smoothly.

What will you do as a (Junior) Project Leader ?

  • You act as a contact person for the market groups: from new project requests, ongoing planning, technical reviews to R&D project support;
  • You act as a contact person for the introduction of calibration and maintenance of the Nedap test equipment to our foreign production partners (EMS);
  • You are responsible for the project planning; you also support the team with purchasing, calibration and maintenance coordination;
  • You are responsible for cost price calculation and cost price monitoring;
  • You are partly responsible for the transfer of test equipment to our EMS partners;
  • You provide support in drawing up specifications and assessing those of others;
  • You make technical and operational decisions that can influence the operation.

Your team

Nedap does a lot, and our T&M team supplies the test systems for these products at the request of the various market groups within Nedap. These test systems are essential for the production process of Nedap products at our production partners, which are located both inside and outside the Netherlands. You will become part of this team, which consists of 16 experienced colleagues who will assist you with advice and assistance.

The team consists of a group of professionals who all have a solid background and extensive experience. The team's work falls under the responsibility of two project leaders. To relieve one of the project leaders, who is also team captain, we are looking for a (Junior) Project Leader who can take over some of his duties.

Required experiences and skills

As a (Junior) Project Leader , you are the driving force who knows how to tackle things. You are a creative and organized communicator who can think in structures and can set up and manage projects. You are results-oriented, stress-resistant and a go-getter.

You also recognize yourself in the following:

  • You have a number of years of work experience in electronics and/or technology as, for example, a (Lead) Developer, Technical Project Leader or Project Manager;
  • You have a completed HBO education or demonstrable HBO working and thinking level;
  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English language.
  • You want to grow further in your role as project leader
  • You prefer to be available full-time (32 hours is negotiable). Hybrid working is possible within Nedap, for this role we expect you to be in the office 4 days a week.
