- Deliverables/ projects
- Internal development tasks
- App -IOS / Android
- Ensure full utilization of our available resources for developers and technicians
- Concept clarification in collaboration with Sales
- Project costing in collaboration with Sales
- Efficient execution of development tasks & projects
- Testing of development tasks / projects
- Implementing best practice processes
- Coordination of technicians on installation tasks in collaboration with Sales & Service / Support
- Post-calculation in collaboration with Accounting
- Qualify a uniform contractual basis and common understanding of project delivery prior to the start of tasks - both internally and externally
- Managing GDPR & NIS 2 with customers
- Reporting of projects / development tasks
- Various ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
- Min. 5 years' experience in project management
- Bachelor's level or equivalent project management education
- Solution-oriented and good at getting an overview
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Structured and disciplined in working methods
- Knowledge of GDPR / NIS2
- Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA/TEMPO at an administrative level
- Know-how or flair for technical/electrical/software solutions is important
