 Ed Keate was a founding member of the Canadian Parking Association. He was Manager of the Vancouver Downtown Parking Corporation but his family background in the newspaper business rubbed off on him. He was a "scribe", fascinated with the written word. | Brian Hall is the National Marketing Director for the Canadian Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute. Brian and his organization have been members of the CPA for more than 2 decades. Over the last several years Brian has contributed numerous articles for the Parker magazine and has kept the Canadian parking industry abreast of the lasted developments in precast and prestressed concrete. Brian also introduced our industry to the early discussions on the LEEDS certification program. Over the years Brian has been a champion of the Canadian Parking Association and the industry by providing support at the local and national levels. |
