Parking Garage DEEP Cleaning...... Posted on 8/11/2010 11:12:53 PM
How many out there do a deep cleaning of their Parking Structure to remove oil and gum every 6 months?
As many already know, this requires full reclamation in order to comply with EPA and the CWA.
Check your washer qualifications. Make sure they are holding the proper certs and have the correct equipment for the job.
The day of just getting a washer based on pricing is over, now that the EPA is starting to fine the owners and the management firms if they hire a company that cleans your garage in a illegal manor.
In California, almost $220,000 in fines in 6 months for one county alone. These fines was charged to the owners of Parking structures who did not hire a qualified GARAGE cleaning company.
