The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture and 3 to 5 years of experience in the architectural design of commercial structures, preferably multi-level parking structures. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD. Proficiency with Revit is a plus. A working knowledge of graphic design software such as Photoshop, Architectural Studio, etc. is also a plus.
Project Designer responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conceptual, schematic and final design of various types of parking-related structures.
Preparation of documentation for all project phases (SD/DD/CD).
Assisting project managers and engineers with construction administration. |
