Lanier Parking Solutions is a rapidly growing parking and transportation management firm located in Louisville, KY with locations throughout the United States. We are looking for an experienced On-Street Project manager for our operations in Louisville.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for day-to-day operations, including supervision of staff, customer service, enforcement, citation collections, loss control, payroll, labor relations with Union management and financial budgeting/reporting.

Requirements

We require an Associates degree, but prefer a four-year Bachelors degree. In addition, qualified applicants should possess the following skill set/capabilities:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with bookkeeping
Cash reconciliation
Management of front-line employees
Computer literate; especially MS Office
Must be able to multi-task
Must be willing to adapt to a flexible work schedule;
including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Three years parking experience, preferably with municipal/on-street
Previous experience with Unions employees a plus
