 Americana at Brand asked Sentry Control Systems and SKIDATA to create a user-friendly Automated Parking System for self-park visitors, valet users and residential tenants. |
| Twenty-one SKIDATA automatic paystations (Easy.Cash and Credit.Cash models) were installed throughout the parking areas so that self-park customers can conveniently pay for parking before getting back to their vehicles. This speeds up vehicle exit times significantly. |

| As a bonus, valet customers can choose to pay at either SKIDATA automatic paystations or at central cashiering stations using ZipParks valet technology, adapted to SKIDATAs systems. When the valet transaction is paid, a valet pick-up slip is automatically printed at the Key Control and the valet attendant can bring the car to the valet pick-up site, sometimes before the customer reaches the site. |

| TagMasters AVI (automatic vehicle identification) was implemented to allow residents a quick hands-free access to the parking areas. TagMaster AVI is so dependable that residents can move quickly through the parking garage with out thinking about a keycard. The TagMaster Tag in the window is read automatically and quickly opens the gate. |

| Finally, Americana At Brand wanted self-park exiting to be quick, but with the option of the human touch. Elegant concierge podiums were constructed in each self-park exit lane. A smiling concierge is ready at the SKIDATA Exit Column. If the customer already paid at the SKIDATA automatic paystation, he can simply insert the ticket and be on his way. If the customer wants, the concierge will insert the ticket. If the customer still needs to pay, the concierge accepts cash or the SKIDATA Exit Column accepts validations and credit card payments. |
