 Subsequent to winning the iF Design Award in 2009 WPS' latest parking system parkID has once again been nominated for a design award, the Designpreis Deutschland |
 The Designpreis Deutschland is Federal Republic of Germany's official design award, known as the "Prize of Prizes", because of its strict entry and selection criteria. A product and company can only enter the competition as a previous winner of a national or international design prize, and must be nominated by the Ministries and Senators of the Federal States and by the German Design Council.
Since 1969 the Designpreis Deutschland has been awarded annually for outstanding achievements in the field of product and communication design. Winners of the award stand out on ergonomics, functionality and user friendliness, innovativeness, and ecological compatibility and quality. In recent years companies such as Coca Cola, BMW, Adidas and Playmobil have all been awarded a Designpreis Deutschland.
ParkID is the latest parking system of WPS, and combines a distinctive and modern design with innovative use of materials and user-friendliness.
