The 10 Plum Street Medical Office Building, completed in April 2008, and Plum Street Parking Deck, completed in 2007, are the first two phases of New Brunswicks French Street Redevelopment Plan. The 11-level Plum Street Deck, owned by the New Brunswick Parking Authority, provides parking for the office tower as well as for three nearby healthcare facilities.
TimHaahs served as prime designer for the new 854 space parking facility for the New Brunswick Parking Authority. TimHaahs worked closely with AST Development, the designated redeveloper under the French Albany Redevelopment Plan. The 854-space structure serves 60,000 square feet of office space, 101 residential units and 13,000 square feet of retail space all within the same block as the parking structure.
