This is an important transition for the company! I want to thank Peter Cabral for his long term commitment to Schweers, said Michael Schweers, who just moved to the United States from Germany in order to run and grow the local business. Schweers Technologies was founded in 2001. Since then the company has expanded its operations in sales and service with major customers all over the US. With its range of enforcement equipment, its tailored and ergonomic handheld computers and applications, the companys focus is, on and off-street enforcement for cities, police, parking garages, airports and universities.
Michael Schweers, who founded Schweers Group in 1988, has extensive knowledge because of his companys products being used in countries all over the world. This has given him and his company a big advantage over his competitors. His overall knowledge of Parking and Global Code Enforcement operations throughout the world can be a huge plus for customers. Schweers handheld computers are in use in more than 800 cities around the globe issuing 50.000.000+ tickets annually. Michael has worked very closely with Peter Cabral. Therefore he is well known by most of the companys clients and he also has specific know-how about the American way of Parking Enforcement. As is the Schweers companys motto: We develop our products by listening to our customers. And we do have the flexibility to tailor where needed and to standardize where possible.
