| Under general supervision of the Event Services Manager, provide managerial, operational, and administrative support to the Event Services unit. Services which consist of: providing campus information and directions to students, faculty, staff, and visitors; selling parking permits for approximately 20,000 parking spaces; monitoring standardized sign placement for daily events; providing daily traffic control for 8,637 commuters; and annually performing 900 motorist assists and 4,000 campus area patrols. Assist with strategic and budgetary planning, data analysis and research, personnel management, and program evaluation. Provide direction to student employees as delegated and in a manner that promotes teamwork and enhances employee satisfaction. Effectively deal with customer complaints and concerns. Responsible for all information systems utilized by unit and for departmental EOC duties. |
