Oceanus Park Building

 Resopark, distributor of WPS in Portugal, has installed a BC200 parking management system in the underground parking of the Oceanus Park Building in Póvoa do Varzim. |
 The Oceanus Park Building, promoted by Geoportugal and built by Construções Europa Ar Lindo, will have 387 apartments and over 50 commercial locations in 6 buildings with a large avenue, green spaces and more than 260 parking spaces. Within the next three to four years the construction of all 6 buildings will be completed.
The customer not only chose WPS for its quality, flexibility, innovative capacity and durability, but also because of the possibility to have a brushed steel fninsh on all BC200 equipment. As a result all equipment for this special project has a brushed steel finish instead of a standard stainless steel finish. The Oceanus Park Building is already the third system in Portugal where the client has chosen for this kind of finish. Other projects where BC200 equipment with a brushed steel finish is installed are the Serralves Museum in Porto and the "Mumadona Park" in Guimarães.
