Service Tracking Systems Interface Developments Stay True to its Word: If our clients want it, we make it happen.STS recently added a credit card processing system interface between CVPS, Computerized Valet Parking Systems, and SIX Card Solutions (formerly 3C). This interface is currently in place at a premier hotel at the Chicago OHare Airport. The interface is used at the self-serve kiosks that are located in the hotel lobby for maximum convenience.

STS has multiple interfaces to hotel management systems, casino player card software, credit card processing applications, and flight monitoring systems.

The new credit card processing interface gives STS clients access to a portfolio of advanced functionalities for customer support and back-office related requirements. Via secure portals, users can efficiently perform the handling of card holder inquiries, researching card transactions, management of charge-backs, issuing of refunds, and reconciliation, without accessing the patrons card data.

The CVPS application is a VISA PABP validated payment application.
