The Board of Directors of Imperial Parking Corporation (IMPARK) announced today the appointment of Allan Copping as Imparks interim President and Chief Executive Officer. He replaces Herb Anderson who has resigned. Mr. Copping has been Imparks Chief Financial Officer since 2006, and has over twenty years of financial and senior management experience.
We are delighted that Allan has stepped into this role and have complete confidence in his ability to lead the organization through this transition. He understands the parking industry and has been instrumental in realizing a number of strategic business initiatives for Impark, said Walter Stuelpe, who assumes the role of non-executive Chairman of the Board.
The next few years are going to be an exciting time for the company. Impark has a sound strategic plan in place and I look forward to leading the executive team in meeting the expectations of clients and shareholders, Copping said.
