 In the United Kingdom, VINCI Park has just finalised the acquisition of a 100% stake in the Meteor Parking company from the Go-Ahead Group. |
With this acquisition, VINCI Park becomes the UKs fourth-largest parking operator, with a portfolio of 130,000 managed parking spaces and revenue of around 50 million.
The two companies complement each other, giving the new entity a consistent structure and consolidating VINCI Parks positions in the hospital and retail parking market and opening up promising new sectors such as airport car parks and valet parking. |
