The contract comprises 3 buildings situated on the same site + inlet pumping station:
Treatment building in 2 levels, developed area approx. 850 m.
Basement made of waterproof concrete with reservoirs. Outer walls above terrain made of concrete with external insulation and brick veneer.
Traditional roof construction, saddle roof.
Service building in one level, developed area approx. 245 m.
Crane reinforced base plate. Traditional superstructure with pedestal walls and external brick veneer.
Traditional roof construction, saddle roof.
Parking facility, developed area approx. 115 m.
Isolated execution, in principle as external structures near the service building.
Inlet pumping station, developed area approx. 60 m. Located at a different site. Execution in principle identical with for the treatment building.
In addition, all sanitary installations works are included for all buildings in a joint contract.
