Construction management services in connection with the construction of a new ice hall with parking facilities in 2 floors. The construction works shall be carried out in 2 stages. Stage 1 is framework for the lower ground floors and is completed except for the descent ramp. Stage 2 includes all other works, i.e. construction works for buildings above the parking facility as well as all technical installations both in the parking facility and at the ice hall.
The ice hall is an exercise facility with 2 ice hockey pitches, locker room facility, as well as a curling pitch with 4 ice lanes. An intermediate building for the neighbouring building; "Siddishallen", shall be constructed. The ice rink shall also be used in connection with exhibition purposes. The halls two lower ground floors contain, parking facility, technical room for energy central and storage functions. The total available area is approx. 22 300 m. Of this the parking facility and the technical rooms in the basement make up approx. 12 000 m with the ice hall approx. 10 300 m. The developed area is approx. 7 400 m. |
