UK-Paisley: construction work for halls of residence

The project involves the design and construction of new student residences at the University of the West of Scotland's (UWS) Paisley Campus. A design team has already been appointed to develop proposals to planning and tender stage and this contract notice is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the project.
The proposed student residential accommodation will provide UWS Paisley Campus with approximately 340 student bedrooms complete with en-suite facilities. Additional facilities include communal kitchen and living accommodation, social space, laundry facilities and on site car parking.
The new build student residences will provide a focal point to the Paisley Campus, with the creation of a dynamic and contemporary building that reinforces and strengthens the Universitys vision as a 21st Century institution for learning. |
