The purpose of the event wizard is adding new literature items. This is done by taking 4 steps which can be accessed from the wizard menu at the right site of the page. If an item is stored, it will not be directly
visible in the community.
The menu buttons allow you to move up and down between the steps. Not all the steps will be visible from the start. They will appear incremental when you proceed to the next step. The proceeding to the next step is done by using the buttons at the bottom of the wizard;
All the fields which are obligatory for an entry and are not filled
in yet, will be marked with a red asterisk (*) after you press 'Next'. All the steps are divided in blocks which contain fields of the same information type. This example represents one block;
In the step General you can enter all the information
about the literature item. The input fields URL and WebshopLink provide
the opportunity to enter internet addresses. The field 'URL' asks for a
web link which leads to the website of the item, or it's
author/publisher. In the 'WebshopLink' you can enter an address where
the item can be bought.
The option 'Rating' serves as an indication about the quality of the item. You can rate this at your own insight.
In the first block of this step you can assign a image as 'Media image'. The next block allows you to add images. It is required to assign a name to the image. The community will refer to the image with this name. To upload an image you first have to click on the button 'Browse' and select an image. Now you can click on the upload button to save the image.
If this is done, the image will appear (scaled if necessary) in the
image gallery below. This step is meant to give you an example about how the
literature item you added will be displayed in the community. If you are
unsatisfied with the contents, then you can always go back and make
adjustments by using the Literature wizard. If you press beneath the preview of step 3 on 'Next', the literature item will be saved and reviewed by an administration before it will be visible on the community.
