NIPO, the market research institute

The Dutch Institute for Public Opinion and Market Research is better known as TNS NIPO. TNS NIPO was founded in 1945 and is established in Amsterdam, on the Grote Bickersstraat. TNS NIPO is market leader in the Netherlands and it distinguishes itself from other market research companies by a distinctive vision on market research. Furthermore, TNS NIPO is the only market research organisation that offers a very broad, integrated set of services. All services are geared to each other but they can also be implemented separately. Apart from TNS NIPO, and the affiliated company Veldkamp, other TNS NIPO labels have been developed: TNS NIPO Consult and NIPO Software. TNS NIPO has a flat organisational structure consisting of independently operating business units and service departments. As a whole, TNS NIPO is part of the international market research organisation Taylor Nelson Sofres.
