If the phrase, "Annual Performance Review" evokes a certain sense of uneasiness, this session could be for you. From the diligent manager's perspective, one of the main concerns of providing feedback is being ensured that the team member receives it accordingly. One way to better guarantee this type of coaching achieves the desired outcome is to partner company results with individual performance. This session connects individual output to company objectives, replacing subjectivity within the performance review process with goal setting, monitoring and evaluation of performance  as compared to measurable activities.

License Plate Enabled Parking: Implementation and Case Study in Integration:

Charles DeBow, Borough of State College / Justin Godderis, Digital Payment Technologies / Allan
Witten, Genetec AutoVu / Brent Paxton, Parkmobile USA, Inc. / Doug Graham, T2 Systems, Inc.
The Borough of State College, PA is among the first parking operations in the US to deploy a fully unified License Plate-Enabled Parking (LEP) solution. Attendees will hear first-hand from Borough Parking Manager, Charley DeBow, about why the organization became interested in the LEP ecosystem of technologies, how they selected vendors, and the goals their LEP solution will help State College achieve in this roundtable discussion including the four integrated vendors that together offer the total LEP solution. Attendees will leave the session with an understanding of the enhanced customer service offerings, groundbreaking operational efficiency gains, greater control over business rules and streamlined data management that LEP makes possible.
