II. Exhibition Overview

With the rise of automobile industry and development of urbanization, the intelligent parking lot and management system are used more and more commonly in Chinese residential district, large shopping malls and other organizations. There is an increasingly demand for parking management and intelligentize while people urgently demand an automated, better, efficient and convenient intelligent parking management. With the constant expansion of parking lot, the stereo garage and intelligent parking management equipments have become a huge potential field in market demands. In recent years, the quantity of auto possession grows rapidly and the current growth is still obvious. The vehicles which appeared in great numbers have brought us convenience, while some social problems caused by it such as traffic jam, environmental pollution and other problems are exposed day by day and have become a bottleneck to restrict the automotive development. Due to the problem of more cars with fewer parking lots has accelerated increasingly, the hard-to-park problem not only confuses the car owners, but also affects the traffic smoothness and environmental order in the urban, so to solve it has become an urgent problem.

To implement Chinas 12th Five-year Plan on developing the strategic emerging industry and promote the development of Chinese new energy vehicles, to build a platform for international exchange and cooperation, 2012 China International New Energy Vehicles Industry Promotion Week will be held from Oct.17th to Oct.19th in Beijing. It is jointly hosted by Development Research Center of the State Council, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, supported by National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Finance and National Energy Bureau.

China International Parking Equipment and Intelligent System Show, as one of the thematic shows under NEVIP and with inteligentized parking , colorful life as its theme, this show will build a platform for exhibitors to display their corporate image and strength, provide exhibitors and visitors with an opportunity to communication and cooperation, and also play a positive role to promote the mutual exchange and cooperation among counterparts. Meanwhile, the organizer will invite industrial experts and scholars to discuss the development and prospect of parking industry in the forum and seminar, thus to provide useful information for enterprises and the whole industry.

all mechanical parking equipment, stereoscopic garage, giant garages, multi-storey self-propelled parking platform, bicycle and thrusting car parking systems;
Parking equipment parts:
special reduction motor, chain, industrial control parts, garage door and other related parts for stereo garages;
Intelligent parking system:
parking charge management system, parking guidance system, car park guidance system, license plates recognize system, etc.
Parking lot safety system:
parking lot safety equipment, monitoring system, parking lock, road marking, isolation road pile, traffic cone, warning line, light shed, corner bead, protection bar, block devices, indicator light box, LCD screen, traffic lights, etc;
Relevant software and parking management services:
parking lot design software, parking lot management software, parking management services, machine maintenance service and parking introduction service, etc.
Concurrent Event:
new products and technology promotion conference for parking equipment and intelligent system; Technical Difficulties and Solution Seminar of Intelligent Parking

V. Exhibition fee:

Section A (standard booth):
Domestic enterprise: CNY 16,800 / 9m2
Foreign-funded enterprise: $ 3,500 / 9m2

Section B (standard booth):
CNY 13,800 / 9m2

Section C (standard booth):
CNY 10,800 / 9m2

Indoor raw space (minimum 36m):
Domestic enterprise: CNY 1,580 / m2
Foreign-funded enterprise: $ 350/ m2

• A booth with two-sided opening will be charged 10% of exhibition fee.
• For the construction on the raw space, please pay for the construction management fee to the construction management office of China International Exhibition Center (CIEC).
