Almost 250 employees, headquarters in Bonndorf and seven other locations in both Europe and the USA, world-wide business contacts and over 70 distribution partners around the globe, specialized in the development of innovative parking and tanking systems.
It all started in the late 1920’s when Dr. Herbert Kienzle started the mother company of Hectronic named 'Kienzle'. They started with making clocks for horse-drawn carriages. In the 1950s, when cars became popular in Germany, they started to manufacture products for the new market: parking meters. In 1964 Hectronic AG was found and in 1996 Hectronic took over all the activities around parking and refuelling from Kienzle. At the same time, the Hectronic GmbH was found.
“Smart solutions for parking and refuelling”. That’s the slogan for the Germany-based company Hectronic GmbH. Headed by Stefan Forster, Hectronic offers a complete product range for the parking- and fuelling industry. Hectronic offers with its integrated system solutions, modern communications and software products an innovative parking managment for On- and Off-Street Parking.
They recently renewed their website and I must say it looks really good; a nice and modern design and a clear and organized layout. Within two clicks you can find all of their intelligent solutions for on-street parking, off-street parking and electromobility for example paystations, parking meters, barriers and management systems.
