At the VillageMall in Brazil the customer service noticeably increased since the implementation of the M3 System. When entering the parking lot it’s easy to find an open parking space thanks to the many cameras that are installed. When people want to leave again they can find their car back with the use of a downloadable app or through the license plate information kiosks. Because of the cameras installed throughout the parking garage, people also experience a sense of safety. Parking attendants can keep an eye on the whole facility and can easily locate and follow suspicious behaviour. The information captured by the cameras can be used for many purposes.
The M3 Park Assist System has been proven to cut the customer's time-to-park in half and result in a 3-5% increase in visits. Other key findings include:
