With the increase in research and investment to initiatives such as car sharing and autonomous vehicles, it is easy to assume that investing in car parks would not be profitable long-term. Cities are improving the noise and air quality by limiting car access to city centers or, in some cases, by banning cars from the city altogether.

But is there a real threat to car park investment?
