Inauguration of the first Swiss parking tower!

Last week Skyline Parking AG added a news item to our website titled “When an innovative multi-storey car park keeps car prizes low”.

It was about the opening of the first fully automated Skyline display Tower that was held at the car dealership „auto züri west“ in Zurich/Switzerland. Not just any parking tower, but a modern Display Tower: the Skyline T-Park.

And if you're a regular visitor, you might also have noticed that we followed this so-called "Project AZW" from the very beginning up to the final stages.

We even witnessed the demonstration of the functionality of the conveyor system for the fully automated parking garage in the testing hall in Arbon in the Canton Thurgau.

The opening was a great success. During the 3 day inauguration event starting from the 12th to the 14th of April 2013, Skyline Parking personally greeted in their tent more than 300 international guests. The invited guests, but also all the other enthusiastic participants, came to enjoy the guided tours through the innovative tower which offers space for 128 cars. The reaction to this was very positive: the impressive and dynamic technology, the rapid project implementation, the modern design of the tower and the salesrooms were convincing and inspired the visitors.

Also, the inauguration celebrations helped the car dealership to generate additional sales and lots of attention. If you have missed the event, upon an advance notification, you and your customers are warmly welcome to visit and experience the installation live (if you are interested please contact l.caluori@skyline-parking.com ). The Media has taken up the inauguration extremely positively. You will find documentaries, television reports and photos of the occasion and project constantly updated on our event website www.event.skyline-parking.com.

By the way: the video below includes a cool 'fast-forward' of the construction of the Display Tower"
