Cobalt Telephone Technologies Ltd is a telephone response solutions house. We specialise in the development and delivery of voice and touch-tone driven services that streamline the business operations of organisations with customers in the UK and Northern Europe.

Our core skill is the creation and smooth implementation of self-service environments in which callers, using ordinary telephones, can write to, receive or manipulate information held in central databases. This typically results in a ticket purchase or a payment or a stock movement of some kind.

Although a technical understanding of advanced call processing technology can be claimed by others, the experience, ability and resources to apply that technology to genuine business advantage is quite rare.
