Founded in 1998, EPC offered, for the first time in Europe, the opportunity for councils, civic authorities, parking providers and police authorities to enforce payments of traffic penalties fines issued to a foreign registered vehicle (FRV). Parking tracing and collecting parking penalties issued to FRVs on behalf of local councils and parking companies. Road tolls assisting road toll operators, to identify and issue non-payment notices to FRVs. Congestion and Traffic assisting city authorities to control and manage the flow of traffic, by identifying FRV contraveners of Congestion Charging and bus lanes. All services are administered from our office in London, from which we trace contraveners, issue payment reminders in the relevant European language, and receive payments in the currency of the contravener. EPC is proud of its international coverage assisting local authorities in 10 European countries and employing a multilingual, multinational staff.
