Interpark, the parking division of IML Impianti, a Company of the IML Group, (founded in 1904, with150 employees and invoicing up to 100 Mil € as to date), has been involved in automatic parking for the past 15 years.
As a result, a number of almost 100 automatic parking systems, both for public and private use, have been put in operation in various parts of the world, establishing Interpark as one of the leading European manufacturers of such systems; Part of this great success is the service center coordinating the Customer Service able to provide both around-the-clock intervention and programmed preventive maintenance service. Interpark, acting by patented IT instruments, delivers remote monitoring and troubleshooting performed by linking the supervision systems of the plants to the central service office via modem, allowing the former to reach a high level of product quality and reliability.
Interpark has developed its own car handling technologies which are covered by international patents both for pallet systems (PAT No EP 0501935) and integral lift systems (PAT No EP 1119673) which enables its continuous development and meets the market requests. The parking system types vary from integral lift system to pallets, covering from 20 up to 1000 car parking neccesities, personalized options being provided to meet the each and every possible client requests, that, in addition to the public or private classical parking use, enabled an extension to functions like dealers of new or second-hand cars (virtual showrooms, service or VIP customers etc.)
Only this past year around 10 national and international clients have adhered to the Interpark technology, bringing it to the main worldwide markets: Italy, Holland, England, China, Russia and East Europe. The 2010 forecast leaves a glimpse of many other parking systems to be proceeded with.
The clients full satisfaction has allowed Interpark to define long-lasting strategies with various international partners.
Last but not least, the special emphasis Interpark payed to the project, production and testing phase in accordance with the corporate policy, has allowed the renewal of 9001:2000 e 14:0001 ISO certification.
