• Full structural survey/assessments of all types of car park structures, providing recommendations as to the appropriate testing regime necessary to establish the structural condition of the fabric, with detailed specifications for recommended repair/restoration/refurbishment works to extend the structures lifespan (and revenue) upwards of 30 years.
• Full contract preparation and contract administration of proposed schemes with site representation provided as appropriate.
• Setting up "life care" plans for structures, post repair/refurbishment works.
•  Recommended installation of protective finishes to all construction fabric surfaces.
•  Cathodic protection schemes for steel reinforcement to areas of heavily trafficked, contaminated concrete roads/ramps etc. as considered necessary to achieve the target lifespan of the structure.
