RCP Parking

Since its formation in the UK in 1994, RCP Parking Ltd has maintained consistent growth in its portfolio of owned, leased and managed car park sites.
 
The business is based in Norwich, Norfolk, and began as “Regional Car Parks Ltd” with just one site in the city’s Edward Street.

A reputation for high quality, great value parking services quickly spread and over the past 18 years, it has expanded well beyond its East Anglian heartland.

The business now owns, leases and manages close to 100 car parks, including offices, shopping centres, development sites, leisure complexes, schools and railway stations.

RCP has over 50 staff and has since been renamed RCP Parking Ltd to reflect its role as a national operator with major locations in London, the Midlands, the North-West and Scotland. The company was founded by Managing Director Shapoor Naghshineh.
 
RCP Parking Ltd’s sister company, Sekura-Byk Ltd, specialises in hi-tech cycle and motorcycle stands, which use smart card-operated security systems instead of old-fashioned locks and chains.

Two highly successful schemes in London – at Finsbury Park (managed, maintained and operated on behalf of Transport for London) and at an office building in Russell Square – have already proved a hit with hundreds of cyclists and both have achieved an enviable record of no stolen or damaged cycles due to the system.

Norwich-based Sekura-Byk Ltd is selling the concept to other towns and cities, aiming at sectors such as railway parking, hospitals, local authorities, shopping centres and offices.
