Since then the company has grown into a global business offering innovative parking solutions worldwide. With a range of products marketed under the "Smart" brand, the company is proud to offer industry driven leading edge systems to commercial parking operators and regulatory authorities throughout New Zealand, Australia, Asia, the UK and Middle East. In February 2011 the New Zealand registered company formerly called Meter Eye Ltd was 100% acquired by Australian publicly listed company Car Parking Technologies Ltd. As a result of this acquisition, the Meter Eye brand no longer exists and both the Australian and NZ companies now operate under the name Car Parking Technologies Ltd (CPT).
