- Travel 30-50%
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Receive calls from clients and ensure their requests reach resolution; conduct and complete applicable follow-up tasks.
- Develop project plans and goals between clients and IPT LLC
- Participate in and run new account implementations.
- Manage projects between IPT and clients
- Work closely with both new and existing clients, industry partners and internal departments.
- Train and assist our clients in the use of our software applications.
- Work independently or in a team environment while staying focused and organized.
- Utilize data amalgamation from a variety of sources for client reviews, data analysis and supporting documents for presentations.
- Create and run timely reports, using current and relevant data. This is done for both the Account Management Team and external clients.
- Analyze data in order to identify trends and make expert recommendations to clients to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Engage personally and diplomatically with different personality types, cultures, and ethnicities.
- Comply with all IPT LLC policies
- Other duties as assigned.
