We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing career-minded individual to join our Bellevue branch as an Administrative Assistant

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Data entry
  • Handle client requests and issues in a timely fashion to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain invoice filing system
  • Assist with budget preparations
  • Make bank deposits and receipts of money
  • Conduct invoice activities and pay vendors for delivered materials
  • Provide inventory support, including maintaining office materials and supplies
  • Transmit purchase orders directly to vendors for purchases
  • Answering a multi-line phone system
  • AP invoice processing and follow up
  • Greeting walk in guests
  • Expense and reimbursement processing
  • Ensuring accurate reporting and timely delivery for all month-end reports
  • Fulfilling office administration duties for assigned facilities
  • Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager

Skills And Experience Required For This Position Include

  • 1-2 years of experience in an office and customer service setting
  • Post secondary education preferred with focus on business administration
  • Strong communication and business writing skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word & Excel
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with client focus, and an ability to work with staff at all levels
