The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Coodinator working at Broadway Plaza in Birmingham. You will be assisting the Area Management Team in leading, managing and delivering the contract performance for all the car park management, revenue generation and revenue protection services as required by our contract with our client. You will be a key contact with clients on behalf of APCOA, responsible for ensuring a smooth, safe and profitable operation on day to day basis, ensuring all Client targets are met through use of current legislation, company systems and procedures.

What you'll do:

  • Direct data gathering, auditing and analysis for measuring the performance of the contract.
  • Ensuring compliance to operating procedures to ensure all revenues are being wholly accounted for; and maximising and protecting the contract revenues whilst maintaining prudent control over all expenditure, thereby exceeding stakeholder's expectations.
  • Be responsive to the client's needs and work in partnership with the client to support the delivery of their business plan.
  • Manage a team, ensuring the tasks presented are fulfilled to the best of the teams ability to meet and exceed targets. This will include encouraging and stimulating aspirational staff as well as correcting areas of underperformance. This will be achieved by holding regular reviews and assessments.
  • Building excellent and robust relationships including attending regular meeting with clients and internal Managers to review service delivery as well as dealing with client problems on site where possible.
  • Resolve operational problems in a timely manner and ensuring compliance with standards and operating procedures.
  • Producing regular reports and forecasting.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven multi-disciplinary experience in operational and contract management at a junior level and experience in a client facing role.
  • Experience of revenue and cost budgets and delivering KPI performance.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with clients, team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • SAI license desirable.
