We are recruiting for a customer Service Advisor to join our Network Rail Team, to resolve customer’s concerns, patrols car parks, deters crime and implements traffic control measures whilst maintaining the prescribed standards of quality, cleanliness, safety. To provide a high standard of customer service to all car park users
What You'll Do:
Conduct hourly patrols in line with Client instructions ensuring that they are recorded using the APCOA Mobile Worker App
Ensure procedures for issuing tickets and collecting cash is adhered to.
Ensure procedures for handling and banking cash is adhered to.
Maintain compliance with company policies on Health & Safety.
Follows up on recommended adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Report identified criminal activity in accordance with company procedures.
Operate and clean parking control equipment as appropriate.
Regulate entry and exit of vehicles to and from car park.
Safeguard takings in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure Parking Enforcement is correctly reported and recorded.
Ensure all faults are reported and recorded following the correct procedure.

Full Time hours Shift Work :12 hours per shift … 07:30 am-19.30 pm / 19:30 pm – 07:30 am. 4 on/ 4 off
