We are recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join our team. To provide a professional and courteous service to customers, the client and other users of the car park and to maintain the car park & equipment.
What you'll do:
You will ensure the safety, security and service of the car park customers, the client and property
Carry out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines, entry and exit barriers and other company equipment
You will ensure that patrols are carried out in accordance with the sites KPI’s & recorded in the daily occurrence book
Complete report sheets or any other log sheets, in full and as instructed
Report to your line manager any element of car park service that might compromise the level of service we wish to achieve as well as any irregularities.
Ensure you represent the company and the client in a professional and courteous manner
Effectively deal with client and customer enquiries on site where possible or to refer clients to the appropriate level of management within APCOA
Ensure a consistently high level of customer care and early response to the help points
Attend when necessary adjudication hearings to give supporting information in connection with contested civil penalty notices
What you'll bring:
Excellent Customer Service and experience of working in a customer service environment
Good written and spoken English
A reliable and responsible attitude to work, including ability to be proactive
