APCOA Parking requires a professionaland inspirational leader who is focused on both customer and day to day operational service delivery.

  • Salary Range: £28,000 pa
  • Location: Leeds Bradford International Airport

The Role

The role involves ensuring all operational requirements and service level agreements are met, together with management of operating costs within an agreed budget and providing proactive measures to ensure maximisation of financial performance and service delivery. The Contract Manager must be an inspirational leader of the APCOA team, have a hands on approach and ensure all team members are focused on excellent customer service delivery.

Background And Attributes

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Sound Commercial Negotiation And Contract Development Skills/experience
  • Proven leadership and general management experience in a commercial customer facing environment.
  • Proven ability to influence key decision makers and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Sound financial and analytical skills
  • Professional communicator at all levels
  • Lead by example and fully engage with day to day duties and site operations
  • Ability to deliver challenging and demanding targets
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to present to Senior Management and Senior Clients
