About The Role

This role requires you to provide an excellent standard of Customer Service to our On/ Off Street contracts. You will work effectively as a multi-functional and flexible member of the Customer Service team within a multi-contract environment.

What you’ll do

  • Undertake detailed administrative tasks in relation to the given contract(s) ensuring KPI’s and SLA’s are met
  • Manage queries and strive for solutions to customer problems with ‘Right first time’ attitude
  • Handle telephone calls professionally and in line with the expected Service Level
  • Carry out tasks according to the given contract(s) Notice Processing procedure and guidelines
  • Use knowledge of processes, legislation and guidelines to effectively advise all customers

  • 40hrs per week on a rota basis 8:00-20:00 Mon-Fri with occasional weekends
