Sales Manager (f / m / d) Region South / Southwest

Your tasks

  • You acquire management and lease contracts in the field of parking space management in southern Germany
  • You are responsible for the identification, development and maintenance of regional key accounts in both the institutional and the private sector and look after them from the first contact to the successful conclusion of a contract
  • You carry out market, potential and location analyzes and create profitability calculations
  • You will work on product development for both B and C customers and create service and product offers for existing and new customers
  • You carry out ongoing analyzes of the relevant market and initiate necessary adjustments at APCOA
  • You take part in specialist trade fairs, forums and congresses

Your profile

  • You have experience in the sale of real estate / real estate-related services or you already have b2b sales experience and have a real estate management education
  • You have a pronounced customer orientation and live a real service mentality
  • Your way of working is result-oriented and independent
  • You show initiative and a high level of self-motivation
  • You think commercially and have negotiating skills
  • Ideally, you already live in the sales region (Baden-Württemberg / Bavaria) and are willing to travel
  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of written and spoken English
