Senior Sales Manager (f / m / d) NRW (Cologne / Düsseldorf)

We are a wholly owned subsidiary of APCOA PARKING Holding. The group holding company has over 50 years of experience with know-how from 13 European countries and a broadly diversified customer portfolio. The company manages over 1.4 million individual parking spaces across the group with pioneering and innovative parking services at over 8,500 locations. A total of around 4,700 employees work on the basis of international know-how, local knowledge of the area, individual contracts and tailor-made technical solutions.

As a service company, we focus on unrestricted parking spaces within the group and offer retail companies, B2B property owners and property project management companies value-adding solutions for modern and professional parking space management, including a newly developed digital service concept using automated sensor technology.

We would like to continue our growth course and are looking for dynamic, strong acquisition and technology-savvy field service employees (f / m / d) for the location search for parking space management concepts at retail companies, B2B property owners and real estate project management companies as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • You acquire properties for the area of parking monitoring in the area of North Rhine-Westphalia / Hesse
  • You are responsible for the identification, development and maintenance of regional key accounts both in the institutional and in the private sector and look after them from the first contact to the successful conclusion of a contract
  • You carry out market, potential and location analyzes and create profitability calculations
  • You will work on product development for both B and C customers and create service and product offers for existing and new customers
  • You carry out ongoing analyzes of the relevant market and initiate necessary adjustments at Park & Control PAC GmbH
  • You take part in specialist trade fairs, forums and congresses

Your profile

  • You have experience in the sale of real estate / real estate-related services or you already have b2b sales experience and have a real estate management education
  • You have a pronounced customer orientation and live a real service mentality
  • Your way of working is result-oriented and independent
  • You show initiative and a high level of self-motivation
  • You think commercially and have negotiating skills
  • Ideally, you already live in the sales region (North Rhine-Westphalia / Hesse) and are willing to travel
  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of written and spoken English
