The Arrive Marketing team is looking for a B2B email pro with expertise implementing HubSpot to join us for a few weeks (we’re thinking 4-6) to help build our first B2B email programs. Onsite time would be greatly beneficial to participate in key meetings, discussions, and trainings so candidates local to our Chicago office would be highly preferred. During the engagement you’ll report to our Digital Marketing Director and have regular interactions with our VP of Marketing, CRM Specialist, PR/Content Lead, and Director of Partner Success.
What you'll be doing
Build emails in HubSpot based on specs/designs/assets from our Creative Team
Act as the Subject Matter Expert around coding and B2B email design best practices - ensuring technical perfection of every email
Code dynamically personalized emails that appear different depending on the receiving email account.
Review the email strategy and provide recommendations based on B2B best practices
Recommend innovative approaches and fresh template design approaches
Provide training and mentoring to all email team members on code structure and the best practices to ensure consistency and the highest quality of output
What you bring to the table
Strong HTML/CSS skills, particularly with email, user interface design and user experience flows
Expertise in HubSpot is a must
Attention to detail, keen eye for prioritization, and understanding of dependencies.
Ability to roadmap necessary steps to get from strategy to development to launch
