For the ARVOO Group, a growing organization based in Harmelen, we are looking for an enthusiastic sales manager who is responsible for the ScanGenius product portfolio.


ARVOO produces cameras and associated equipment for license plate recognition, parking enforcement, sorting machines and other specialist machine vision-related products. We stand for technologically advanced, high-quality products with the corresponding customer-oriented service. The work

As a ScanGenius sales manager, you bring the ScanGenius scanning system to the attention of existing and new customers. You further expand the current customer base and also maintain the current file. Your customers are mainly municipalities or partners / contract holders of municipalities that are looking for a solution for more efficient implementation of (parking) enforcement. In this you adopt an advisory sales attitude: you are a fully-fledged discussion partner who likes to create the best possible solution together with the customer. You will regularly visit partners abroad or attend an (international) trade fair. In addition, you work on building the product portfolio and you are ultimately responsible for the entire ScanGenius sales process: from the first contact, through implementation to contract management.

What do we ask of you?

  • You have at least HBO work and thinking level with a (completed) commercial education
  • You have 4+ years of work experience in an international sales (field service) role and you have experience with a B2B environment
  • You have a good command of the various Microsoft Office programs
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, verbally and in writing. Fluency in the French language is an advantage
  • You are social, flexible and you stand firm
  • You have an affinity with electronic systems and you have good technical insight: the products that are sold are of high technical quality and require a lot of product knowledge and insight
  • You have experience with tender processes
  • You are in possession of driving license B
