Assistant Parking Enforcement Director

The Town of Bethany Beach is seeking a fulltime Assistant Parking Enforcement Director. Under the supervision of the Parking Director, the incumbent enforces parking laws, provides guidance to parking officers, maintains parking equipment, resolves customer complaints, prepares work schedules, tracks production and revenue using Excel, collects parking revenue, and manages the daily and seasonal parking permit process. Successful candidates must be able to lead by example, take initiative, and be prepared to assume the responsibilities of the Parking Enforcement Director. Excellent customer service skills, administrative skills, problem solving abilities, and mechanical aptitude are essential. Possibility for extended time off in winter months.
