As (Junior) Management Assistant of Ballast Nedam Parking, Marine and Civil, you are support and support for our MT and you work closely with our Executive Secretary. Due to the strong growth of our portfolio, it is a new position within our organization. The main objective is to relieve the MT and the HR Consultant and your role will therefore consist of various office, facility and HR tasks. One minute you take the MT meeting, the next moment you take care of all matters concerning a smooth start for a new colleague. You also help your colleagues in optimally planning their agendas. Because you are the type that sees and works, you are an indispensable team member in no time and you have created a great position for yourself!

In terms of employment, we offer an excellent salary in accordance with the Construction & Infrastructure CLA. Because we pay per 4 weeks, you receive your salary in 13 times. We work with 130 colleagues from our office in Maarssen and at project locations in and outside the Netherlands.
