We are currently looking for a Parking and Restoration Sales Specialist, Construction Systems for Northern California.

Parking and Restoration Sales Specialist, Construction Systems

Formula for Success: You Will…

  • Develop new parking and restoration business through existing and potential customer base.
  • Lead the development of customer relationships at all levels.
  • Grow parking and restoration segment product sales through solution packages.
  • Develop and maintain a high value business relationship with Engineering Firms, and Specialty Waterproofing and Restoration Contractors.
  • Advance relationships and effective communications with distributor partners.

Key Deliverables

  • Dominant specification presence
  • Number of specs generated with engineering firms - contractor-driven
  • Project Tracking - Leads shared -- Projects Closed
  • Sales Operating Plan development and execution
  • Teamwork with Key Account Managers / Marketing / other Segment Managers

Ingredients for Success: What We Look For in You…

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 1+ years of sales or construction-related experience OR Associate’s Degree and minimum of 3+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/Equivalent and minimum of 8+ years of experience is required.
  • Passion for technical knowledge & learning.
  • Prior construction industry experience preferred.
  • Outside sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent selling, presentation, leadership and communication skills. Basic financial analysis skills and intermediate computer skills.
  • Must have a valid US Driver's License.
