BePark is currently looking for Business Development Managers to boost the company's development in Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia.
The Business Development Manager is part of the Sales team and responds directly to the Head of Sales.
His/her main job is to:
- Connect with Brokers, Property Managers and other Real Estate Actors to develop his market
- Develop or leverage his/her network of B2B clients in Belgium
- Develop new business opportunities by reaching both potential customers and Real Estate actors.
- Respond to sales inquiries and proactively work on opportunities
- Explain our services making sure the clients see their added value
- Negotiate and close deals
- Contribute to achieve monthly team targets
The perfect candidate will be/have:
- A go-getter who does not take no for an answer
- The ability to build client relationships
- Energetic, tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Organised, detail and process oriented
- Fluent in at least two of the following: Dutch, French, English
- Be part of a young and motivated team in a fast growing startup (80% in 2017).
