Over four decades of operation in both Italy and internationally, CAME have gained and consolidated leadership in electromechanical gate, barrier and door automation in terms of size, corporate organisation, product range and customer support.

As a result of recent growth and branch relocation, CAME BPT Ireland are now seeking to find a very special individual to fill a hybrid style role of Branch Manager of our recently relocated Dublin Branch and Dublin Area Sales Manager. The hybrid role will consist of managing a small team in our Dublin Branch alongside taking direct responsibility of around 150 clients in and around the Dublin area and neighbouring counties of Meath, Kildare & Wicklow.

The CAME BPT brand attracts a wide customer base and we now require a proven Manager who can further assist our growth and drive sales by maintaining high standards throughout all business areas. The current Board of Directors are looking to appoint a proven Branch Manager/Area Sales Manager who can effectively manage all day to day activities of the branch and alongside this allocate around 60% of their time visiting new and existing B2B customers in an Area Sales Manager capacity within the aforementioned pre-defined Sales Area.

This exciting and varied position will demand a very hands-on approach to running a small Operations and Sales environment with a small team of people already present in the company. Previous Sales and operational exposure are mandatory, although specific industry product background is not essential. You must be instantly likeable, commercially astute, very well organised and a natural people manager who promotes the team environment where standards are high and board expectations even higher.

The Branch Manager element will directly involve managing stock ordering, stock control, orders received, order processing, equipment despatch and general customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will be responsible for a small team of individuals who aim to deliver the best possible service within our niche industry. The successful candidate will ensure this through being the first and last impression of the company and ultimately deliver a quality service to all customers through great attention to detail.

The Area Sales Manager element of the role will be working alongside the UK & IE Sales Director, Managing Director and two existing Area Sales Managers we have within the territory. We anticipate around 60% of the working week will be dedicated the Dublin territory visiting new and existing B2B customers. The successful candidate will be given a level of autonomy to balance the day to day needs of the Branch alongside meeting the Area Sales Managers KPI’s for that area. The successful candidate will need to be strongly business to business orientated with an amazing work ethic and possess the ability to achieve sales targets through a combination of ongoing account development with existing customers, and the securing and closing of new business with prospective business partners.

The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record in a repeat business Account Sales Environment. The role may also incorporate a degree of representing the company at trade events as required. Due to the nature of the customer base and all training being undertaken in the UK, it is expected that the successful candidate will be required to stay away from home from time to time, for which all expenses will be paid.
