Being technical industrial products, the labor to be done will consist in developing both technical and commercial sides of the job. Must have at least 4 years experience.


We are offering an excellent opportunity to join the company as BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for our Electrical Vehicle Charging Products Division - CIRCARLIFE.

CIRCONTROL is a world leader in efficient solutions for mobility car parks and eMobilty. We offer the widest range in the market of ELECTRIC VEHICLE charging products, featuring from home charging units to state-of-the-art ultra-fast charging systems.

We are a customer focused company and we are looking for proactive, hardworking Engineer, customer oriented, and willing to learn and contribute to our company project.


  • Engineering Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience selling industrial products
  • Good Technical background, with experience in electrics and electronics in national and international markets
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a lot of initiative and enthusiastic for sales
  • Organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking and team working
  • Must be a sociable and friendly person, used to work and be successful in achieving sales targets
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and IT Network and good report writing skills.
  • Will be travelling 30% - 60% of the time
  • Other languages knowledge will be appreciated
  • Induction period of 6 moths with product and field training

The business development manager is expected to...

Be responsible to promote and sale EV chargers produced by CIRCONTROL in its EV division (eMobility) within an area of 8 - 10 countries.

Manage, organize and lead the market development of designed area, boosting sales process.

Will be in charged to develop new markets as well as keep existing customers/partners with an assigned sales target

Travel weekly to visit new customers and keep existing ones. Make offers and follow them. Identify and contact new potential customers and partners. Have meetings and develop projects with high level electric installers. Give both technical and commercial support to partners from the Head Office attending also partner's visits. Actively participate in 2 o 3 EV sector exhibitions a year.

Act as a link between market and the company, identifying customer needs and providing new commercial and technical ideas related to the products in order to develop them

Take part in developing the defined guidelines of the products policy, prices, communication, sales and being involved in new commercial strategies

Any other activities related to his goals as Business Development Manager
