Inside Sales Leader (Boston, US)

We're looking for an Inside Sales Leader to work in our Boston office in Marblehead, MA and support our East Regional Sales and Operations team located in Marblehead, MA and Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The candidate must be motivated, take initiative, be a team player, and be able to scale in a fast-growing environment. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

Partner with outside sales and business development team on projects throughout the entire sales cycles, including:

  • Researching projects, prospects, and new markets
  • Coordinating with marketing on email and phone campaigns
  • Follow-up on leads
  • Database management
  • Scheduling meetings and site visits
  • Preparing project proposals
  • Coordinating communications with design engineers
  • Reading and understanding contract documents, specifications as well as review of project manuals and bid packages
  • Creating and maintaining electronic project files
  • Updating dates and tracking jobs using Salesforce.com
  • Assist operations team with special projects/needs
  • Plans Management
  • Contract management

Skills And Experience

  • 5+ years of experience working with outside sales teams
  • Highly organized
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to balance priorities and support multiple people
  • Excellent customer communications
  • Ability to use Salesforce CRM Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Experience in construction or related industries a plus
  • Able to read and understand architectural drawings a plus
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Excellent customer and internal team communication skills
